The Daily Complex Range

The Six-Stage Process
Each formulation moves through a documented sequence before release: supplier qualification, composition calibration, production and batch coding, independent laboratory analysis, release authorisation, and archive entry. No stage is skipped. Every stage produces a written record.
Active ingredients sourced from documented suppliers with food-grade processing standards. Certificate of composition required per batch.
Ingredient ratios calibrated against the target formulation specification. Deviations above ±2% trigger a recalibration hold.
Every container receives a unique lot code linking to the complete batch record. No dispatch without a valid lot assignment.
A sample from each batch is submitted to an independent laboratory for elemental composition analysis and labelling accuracy confirmation.

The Archive Behind the Label
Jakarta, 2019 — Oranevel began as a documentation project. The founding team compiled a body of nutritional research on mineral absorption rates and daily serving compositions for men. That documentation became the operational basis for the first product release.
The observation at the time: most available daily supplement products offered limited traceability. Batch records were rarely accessible. Oranevel was structured from the outset to attach a visible documentation chain to every product release. That structure has not changed.
